Refund policy

We do not accept returns for products sold on our website. Please get in touch at support@idogroup.in.if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund before the product is shipped out 

To be eligible for a  full refund, the item must have not been shipped out. Otherwise, you will be refunded after deducting administrative fees of Rs 40 if standard shipping was chosen and of  Rs 55 will be deducted if express shipping was chosen.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges for items sold on our Website.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We let you manage your subscription. You can edit/swap products or pause/cancel the subscription anytime.
